Destroying a Page Object Using the endPage() Method in the Siebel Analytics Web SOAP API


The endPage() method in the HtmlViewService service destroys the Siebel Analytics Web server page object and all data associated with it.

Description of Parameters in the endPage() Method

The endPage() method parameters are described in the following table.

Parameter
Description

String pageID

A character string that contains the name of the page.

String sessionID

A character string that identifies the session ID.

The session ID is usually returned by the logon call. If the SOAP client engine can handle HTTP cookies, you can omit the session ID or set it to null.
