Ending an eCollaboration Session

An agent can end a collaboration session in any of three ways:

• Click End Session on the eCollaboration toolbar.
• Click the release work item button on the communications toolbar.
• Close the eCollaboration cobrowser.

At the end of each collaboration session, the chat transcript is saved as a read-only attachment to the activity. Whether a session is initiated as a chat or not, chat functionality is always active.
