Activating Loan Request Workflows

There are two workflows which must be activated for the commercial loan processes to work correctly.

To activate the commercial loan request workflows

1. Navigate to View > Site Map > Administration - Business Process >Workflow Deployment.
2. In the Repository Workflow Processes list, use a query to find all processes where the Name begins with FINS Commercial Loan.

   NOTE:  You can query on "FINS Commercial Loan."

3. Activate each of the two workflows processes listed.
   1. Select the workflow process record.
   2. Click Activate.
4. To verify that the workflow is active:
   1. In the Active Workflow Processes list query for Name = FINS Commercial Loan.
   2. Confirm the value in the Deployment Status field = Active.
5. Navigate to Administration - Runtime Events > Events view.
6. From the menu, select Reload Runtime Events.
