Entering Private Notes for Accounts in Medical Handheld

You enter Private Notes from the Accounts screen. Private Notes are those which can only be seen by you.

To enter private notes

1. Navigate to the Accounts screen and select an account from the My Accounts list.
2. From the Show drop-down list, choose Private Notes.
3. Tap the Private Notes view, then tap the New Record button.

   The Date Created field is automatically populated.

4. Tap the ellipsis (...) and enter the text for your note, then tap out of the field to close the note.
