Specifying Best Times to Call Accounts in Pharma Handheld
Use the Best Times to Call view to specify appropriate time periods for account calls. To specify best times to call accounts
- Navigate to the Accounts screen.
The My Accounts list appears.
- Select an account, then from the Show drop-down list, select Best Times to Call.
- On the toolbar, tap the New Record button.
- Complete the necessary fields for the new record.
The fields are described in the following table.

Indicates the time that the contact is available for a call. |

Indicates end of available time period. |
