Printing Quotes in Sales Handheld

Once the customer has expressed significant interest, it is often appropriate to present a hard copy quote.

To print a quote

1. Navigate to the Quotes screen.

   The My Quotes list appears.

2. In the My Quotes list, select the quote containing the line items that will be printed.
3. From the Show drop-down list, select Quote Items.
4. Align the infrared ports on the handheld device and the printer.
5. In the parent Quotes form, tap the Print button.
