Modifying the Cursor Close Alert Message


The message that is displayed to the user when there are more rows than can be returned can be modified. This is performed in the System Preferences view under the Application Administration screen.

To modify the cursor close alert message

  1. In your Siebel application, navigate to Site Map > Application Administration > System Preferences.

    The System Preferences view appears.

  2. In the System Preference Name column, select SSASqlErrRsltsDiscarded.
  3. Edit the value in the System Preference Value column to display your message.

    The maximum message length is 200 characters.

  4. Restart the Siebel application.
