Changing the Operating System Parameter for HP-UX

After the Siebel Reports Server is installed, change the operating system parameter in the Reports Server configuration file to reflect HP-UX.

To change the operating system parameter in rptsrvr.cfg

1. Navigate to the Actuate iServer directory; for example, /export/home/actuate7/AcServer.
2. Open rptsrvr.cfg in a text editor.
3. Change the value of the parameter OS to hpux:

   OS = hpux

4. Save the changes and close the file.

Restart the Actuate iServer for the changes to take effect.
