Setting the Credit Auto-Approval Limit For an Account

The credit auto-approval limit is the maximum amount that can be ordered by a corporate customer using a purchase order without requiring an automatic credit check using the External Credit Check ASI.

For example, if you set the limit to $1000, any order greater than $1000 will automatically receive a credit check.

To set the credit auto-approval limit for an account

1. Navigate to the Accounts screen.
2. Select an account.
3. In the Credit Profile form, type the auto-approval amount into the Credit Auto Approval Limit field.
