Defining Products


Products are defined in the Product Administration screen in your Siebel application. Some of the tasks involved in defining products are:

  • Setting up the class system
  • Creating dynamic attributes
  • Defining product lines
  • Creating products
  • Associating literature and images with products
  • Defining related products
  • Creating customizable products
