Analytics Bridge Installation

Both parts of the Analytics Bridge installation process are incorporated into the Siebel Data Warehouse installation wizard, which runs as part of the Siebel Analytics 7.5 installation.

NOTE:  The screens in the following procedure are part of the Siebel Analytics installation wizard. Please refer to Chapter 2 of this book and to the installation chapter of Siebel Analytics Installation and Configuration Guide.

In the Prerequisite Check Screen, click the radio button for Siebel ePharma Data Warehouse 6.3 to 7.5 ETL Bridge. Click Next.
In the Setup Type screen, click the Data Warehouse radio button. Click Next.
In the second Setup Type screen, check the boxes as appropriate.
If this is first-time installation or a new installation:
Uncheck the box Delete Existing Informatica Repository.
Check the boxes for Create Data Warehouse and Configure Informatica Repository.
If there is a pre-existing Informatica repository that you want to overwrite with the new (bridged) repository:
Check the box for Create Informatica Repository.
Check the box for Delete Existing Informatica Repository.

Click Next.

When the installer finishes copying files, the Data Warehouse installer begins.

Provide the appropriate OLAP information where prompted.
Proceed to Siebel Application 6.3 OLTP Update Patch.
