Installing Siebel Analytics on a Windows Siebel Analytics Server Machine

This task is part of the Process of Installing Siebel Analytics on Separate Machines on Windows and continues the installation of Siebel Analytics Web server and Siebel Analytics Server on separate machines, begun in Installing Siebel Analytics on a Windows Web Server Machine.

To install Siebel Analytics on a Siebel Analytics Server machine on Windows

1. When running Siebel Analytics installer, select the Siebel Analytics Server installation option.

   NOTE:  It is also possible to choose the Complete installation and not make use of the Web components on this machine.

2. Make sure that the correct Repository file and the data sources to connect to the physical DBMS is on the Siebel Analytics Server machine.
3. Make sure that the Siebel Analytics Server service is running.
