Siebel Analytics Retail Finance Dashboards

The Siebel eFinance Analytics dashboards are available to users of Siebel eFinance Analytics. This topic describes the Retail Finance dashboards.

Consumer Banking Analytics

This dashboard is for executives and managers throughout consumer banking, including call centers and branch banking. Typical users include personal bankers, branch managers, regional managers, consumer banking executives, and call center managers. This dashboard provides analyses in areas, such as customer attrition, customer profitability, and sales and service performance. The dashboard can display the information by region or by individual branch.

This information can be used to track sales performance across deposit and loan products, including new account activity, balance trends, and application status. It can also be used to improve sales effectiveness by alerting employees to cross-sell opportunities and by tracking their activities.

Managers can monitor customer attrition, service volume, and service performance by employee, customer, or service request type, to help make sure that the best customers are receiving high quality service.

Credit Analytics

This dashboard is for credit executives, managers, underwriters, and analysts that work with consumer lending and mortgages. It shows new loan activity, application volume and status, trends in asset quality, and loan portfolios, across metrics, such as average balance and maturity. This information can be used to increase sales and to manage loan risk.

Credit Card Analytics

This dashboard is for credit card executives and managers who need information about customers charge-offs and profitability. It shows credit card metrics, such as delinquency rate, charge off rate, application volume, customer profitability, churn, and so on. This information can be used to make decisions on managing customer credit card portfolios.

Private Banking Analytics

This dashboard is for personal bankers, private bankers, and relationship managers who need to track the overall health of their book of business. It shows information, such as assets under management, product penetration, and share of customer wallet.

Mappings to Siebel Industry Applications allow the creation of alerts that can inform relationship managers about events or client actions that impact their book of business. Management can access aggregated information on wallet share, assets under management, and other metrics. This can help them to assess employee performance and to focus employees on important relationships.
