Planning for Workflow Processes
When planning a workflow process, please be aware of the following issues:
- If your workflow process is associated with a business object, the business object should have a primary component defined in Siebel Tools. For more information, see Defining a Primary Component for a Business Object.
- If your business requirements require specialized functions, you may want to create a custom business service for the specific task. Business services can be defined in Siebel Tools or in the Siebel client administration screens. See Siebel Tools Reference for information about defining a business service with Siebel Tools.
