Viewing Service Point Information

End users can view service point information for the premise.

To view service point information for a premise

  1. Navigate to the Premises screen.
  2. In the All Premises list, select a premise.
  3. Click the Meter Points view tab.

    4. The Meter Points list displays service point information for that premise. Some fields are described in the following table.

    Field
    Comments
    Product
    Name of the product that is the service point.
    Service Type
    Populated automatically based on selection of Product.
