Product Modules and Options

Many Siebel eBusiness Applications modules can be purchased and used with Siebel eCommunications and Siebel eMedia. In addition, optional modules specific to Siebel eCommunications and Siebel eMedia can be purchased to provide enhanced functionality for various business processes.

NOTE:  This guide documents Siebel eCommunications with the optional modules installed. In addition, the Sample database includes data for optional modules. If your installation does not include some of these modules, your software interface will differ from that described in some sections of this guide.
