Converting Quotes to Orders

After you have assembled a complete quote containing ship-to accounts, delivery dates, products, and product quantities, you can convert it into an order.

To convert a quote to an order

Navigate to the Quotes screen.
From the Show drop-down, select the appropriate filter, if necessary.
In the Quotes list, select a quote.
Click the Orders view tab.
In the Orders list click Auto Order.

The quote is converted to an order; it appears in the Orders list.
