Activating the Rules

To activate Assignment Manager rules, you must start several Siebel Server components.

However, it is best to start the components just once—after you have created all your rules in both Assignment Manager and Business Process Designer. For this reason, instructions on starting the components appear only at the end of the Business Process Designer chapter, in Activating the Rules.
