Process Overview
For any EIM process (whether it be import, export, merge, or delete), you need to complete the following steps:
- Load the interface tables. For more information, see Using the Interface Tables.
- Edit the EIM configuration file. For more information, see Editing the Configuration File.
- Run EIM. For more information, see Running EIM.
- Check results. For more information, see Checking the Results of the Data Import.
This chapter follows these steps to import data.
