Setting the Privacy Flag


Certain call reports may contain highly sensitive or confidential information about a given company or opportunity. Users can designate certain calls as private by clicking the Private check box in the form or list of the call report. After a call report is marked private, only those on the distribution list have access to it. For more information on the distribution list, see Creating a Distribution List.

To set a privacy flag

  1. Navigate to the Call Reports screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, select My Call Reports.
  3. In the Call Reports list, select the call report that you want to mark as private and click the Private field.
  4. The call report is now categorized as private. Only the employees on the distribution list can access it.
