Reviewing Plan Rule Achievement Containers

Plan rule achievement containers hold aggregated data on each employee's achievements toward target quotas within a specific measurement period.

To review plan rule achievement containers

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > Plan Rule Achievement Containers.
  2. In the Plan Rule Achievement Containers list, query to locate the plan whose associated achievement containers you want to view.

    3. A list of achievement containers associated with that plan appears.

    The following table describes the fields in the Achievement Containers list.

    Field
    Comments
    Achievement Container ID
    Automatically generated by the system to define the container.
    Execution Period
    The measure period during which the container accumulates achievement.
    First Name
    First name of the container participant.
    Last Name
    Last name of the container participant.
    Obsoleted Date
    If the container has been modified, a new container is created and the old one is marked obsolete. This is the date that the container was replaced.
    Plan
    The compensation plan associated with the achievement container.
    Plan Period
    The measure period of the compensation plan.
    Plan Rule ID
    The identifier for the Plan Rule.
    PM1 Revenue Credit
    The aggregated total revenue for PM1 (performance measure 1) of the Plan Rule, for transactions accumulated in the container.
    PM1 Unit Credit
    The aggregated total units for PM1 (performance measure 1) of the Plan Rule, for transactions accumulated in the container.
    Rule
    Name of the Plan Rule.
    Status
    Either Active or Obsolete, depending on whether the container is current or has been replaced by another container.
