Reviewing an Employee's Performance Against Targets
Managers can review an employee's performance against incentive compensation quota targets using the Quota Achievement and the Quota Achievement Analysis views. Replaced calculation runs do not appear in these views.
To review an employee's performance against quota targets
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation > My Team's Compensation.
- In the Participants list, select the employee whose quota targets you want to review, and then click the Quota Achievement view tab.
The Quota Achievement list appears, displaying the quota targets assigned to that employee, and the employee's achievement on each target.
The following table describes the read-only Quota Achievement fields.
- Click the Quota Achievement Analysis view tab to view a graphical representation of the employee's quota achievement.
