Changing the Status of Activities

After performing the recommended activities, you can change the status of objectives and the associated activities.

To change the status of activities associated with an objective

Navigate to the Objectives screen.
In the Objectives list, select an objective.
Click the Account Status view tab.
In the Accounts list, select an account.
In the Recommended Activities list, change the Status field of the activity.
