Adding Notes to the Plan


You can add notes when you are creating a plan or when working on the plan after it has been approved. Notes let you enter free text comments about the plan. There are two types of notes:

To add notes to a plan

  1. Navigate to the CHAMP Planning screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, choose All Plans Across Partners.
  3. The Partner Plans list appears.

  4. In the Partner Plans list, select the plan to which you want to add a note.
  5. Click the Plan Notes view tab.
  6. The Plan Notes list appears.

  7. Add a new record to either the Shared Notes or the Private Notes list.
  8. Enter the note in the new record's fields.
  9. Field
    Comment
    Created
    The date when the note was created is entered automatically.
    Note Type
    Enter the type of the note. For example, it might be "Directions" or "Reference."
    Note
    Enter the text of the note.
