Setting Up Skills and Competencies (Administrator)

In Siebel Professional Services Automation, a skill designates a general area of expertise such as Language, and a competency designates a more specific area of expertise within that skill, such as Spanish. During project resource management, you specify skills and competencies that are needed on the project team to help you assign appropriate people to project tasks.
