Siebel Gateway Log File

The Siebel Gateway log file, NameSrvr.log, is located in the LOG folder of the Siebel Gateway root directory. This file captures operational information when the Siebel Gateway System Service is started manually or when Siebel Gateway errors occur. To create this log file, make sure the client-side environment variable SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS is set to a value of 3 or higher. (Note that a higher value contains more information and, therefore, a larger log file.) If this value is set to 2 or lower, no Siebel Gateway log file is created.
