Siebel Templates for Customer Applications

Most of the Customer Applications (that is, Siebel Interactive Selling, Siebel eMarketing, Siebel eService, and Siebel eTraining) will use a set of approximately 25 Customer Application templates along with a limited subset of eBusiness templates for messages and greetings.

There are two types of Siebel Partner Relationship Manager: Partner Portal and Partner Manager. Partner Manager can use High Interactivity, and all templates shown through it adapt to the employee application look and feel. Partner Portal uses Standard Interactivity and adapts to the customer application color scheme.
