Bookshelf v7.5: Go Menu

The Go menu contains options for moving through a records list (Back, Forward, Previous Record, Next Record, First Record, Last Record). Primarily it is for creating and navigating to bookmarks, which flag object definitions for easy return navigation. Bookmarks are a helpful navigation aid, allowing you to move around among the object definitions of different types you are working on. The Go menu contains the following options:


Option (Shortcut)	Description
Back	Returns to the previously displayed screen in the History.
Forward	Returns to the subsequent displayed screen in the History.
Previous Record (CTRL+UP)	Goes to the object definition above the current selection.
Next Record (CTRL+DOWN)	Goes to the object definition below the current selection.
First Record (CTRL+PGUP)	Goes to the first object definition in the list.
Last Record (CTRL+PGDN)	Goes to the last object definition in the list.
Add Bookmark	Invokes the Add Bookmark dialog box, for creation of a bookmark to the currently selected object definition.
Bookmark List	Opens the Bookmarks dialog box, for selection of an existing bookmark to navigate to. You can also use this dialog box to rename or delete existing bookmarks.
