Setting Up System Preferences

As a global administrator, you will need to set up the System Preferences for your eAuction. These parameters are set up in the System Preferences section of Application Administration. If you do not want to use the default settings, you can edit the System Preferences.

To edit System Preferences

From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Application Administration > System Preferences.

The System Preferences screen appears.

Click Query.
In the Name field, type eAuc* and click Go.

The eAuction system preferences appear in the System Preferences list.

Select the system preference that you want to update.
In the System Preference Value field, type a new value as needed.
