Unenrolling a Customer
Call center agents can unenroll customers.
To unenroll a customer
- In Siebel eFinance, navigate to the Service Requests screen.
- From the Show drop-down list, select All Service Requests.
- Select the service request that was used to authorize the customer's accounts.
- Click the hyperlink in the SR Number field.
- From the Show drop-down list, select Bill Pay Log In.
- Click Unenroll.
