You will find the latest version of Siebel Tools Online Help, MidMarket Edition, tools.chm, on the Siebel Bookshelf CD-ROM in the ToolsOnlineHelp folder. Copy tools.chm file to the help folder where you installed Siebel Tools (usually, <Tools_Installation_Folder>\HELP\ENU). In addition, check SupportWeb regularly for updated versions of tools.chm.

To check for updated versions of tools.chm on SupportWeb

1. Go to Siebel SupportWeb and log in using the email address and password given to you by Siebel Support Services.
   If you do not have this information, contact Support Services at support@siebel.com.
2. Under Self Service, click Browse/Search Knowledge Base.
3. In the left pane, click Product Documentation.
4. Click Online Help Files.

Now that this reference material is online and easy to access, the Acrobat PDF (printable) versions of these reference books—specifically Siebel eScript Language Reference, MidMarket Edition, Object Interfaces Reference, MidMarket Edition, Siebel VB Language Reference, MidMarket Edition, and Object Types Reference, MidMarket Edition—have been discontinued.
