Comparing Web Pages

To compare the differences within a web page as a whole, perform these tasks:

1. Browse to the desired web page and enable contribution mode (see Contribution Mode).

2. Click View Differences in the contribution bar at the top of the page.

   A window opens showing the differences between the current state of the web page and the latest saved one (on the content server). See Color-Coded Differences for an explanation of the formatting used to indicate changes. You will only see the changes in the window if there are actually differences to be shown.

   To print the page showing the differences, press Ctrl+P.

3. Take note of the changes and then close the window to return to the web page in contribution mode.
