Requirements for Native Documents

In order to use native documents on a Site Studio Web site, the content server must have Dynamic Converter configured and running. Your site designer or site manager should have completed these steps for you.

Native documents also must be checked in with the appropriate metadata assigned to them so that they are recognized as part of the site. See Metadata for Native Documents for more information. Your system administrator may also be able to provide assistance.
