The Content Check In form is used to add information about items being checked into the Content Server. The fields displayed in the form depend on a user's profile or the Content Server profile. This screen can be accessed in two way:
Rest the cursor on the icon for a new content item to be checked in to Content Server and click Promote to Oracle UCM from the menu. When new content is checked in, the Select a Profile menu is displayed.
For an existing content item that is checked out, click Check In from the Checked Out icon (Figure 3-11) menu.
