 <p><code>CRAM-MD5</code> for certificate authentication.</p>
 </li>
 </ul>

 <p>Netscape Directory Server supports <code>CRAM-MD5</code>.
 Microsoft Site Server and Novell NDS support
 <code>Simple</code>.</p>
