Usage
Documentation 
Get the JDBC Login Timeout value. Specified value is passed
 into java.sql.DriverManager.setLoginTimeout(). Note that this
 DriverManager setting will impact *all* JDBC drivers loaded
 into this JVM. Feature is disabled by default.
