XML documents are a good place to store constant static data that needs to be reused between different services within a system. To ensure that references to schemas related to this document get generated automatatically check the source document and make sure that the xmlns attributes are defined and that their prefixes are used consistently.
If you have not already done so, Log in to your account.
Click the Publish tab in the top left corner of the console.
Click the XML menu item. This loads the Publish XML resource page.
Enter the complete URL to the XML document in the XML location edit field.
Click the Publish button at the bottom right of the panel The XML resource view for the new record loads. If this document is based on a previously published schema, you will see a link to it in one of the Namespaces fields.
