Promotion Approval requests are stored in a list message that gets sent first to an approver and then to the the Discovery registry. From the originators point of view they pass through the states of being Unsubmitted, Submitted(But not acted upon), and Completed. Lists containing promotion request messages collected by state let you access, edit and delete them.
