The Oracle Business Activity Monitoring InstallShield wizard Configure location of Oracle BAM, 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.1.0) components step. The page reads

"Enter the location of local and remote Oracle BAM components/services. Hostname, ip-number, or fully qualified domain names are valid entries.

The default values point to the local host and are correct for a single node installation using a local or remote database. The values can be changed after installation. The location of services/components not in use can be left blank."

There are four text fields named, in order of appearance, Active Data Cache Server, Report Cache Server, Event Engine Server, and Web Applications Server. All of the fields are populated by default with the fully qualified domain name of the host.

The Back, Next, and Cancel buttons are enabled at the bottom of the wizard.
