Creating a Password for Logging In to the Command Center
An enrolled system administrator user must create a password to access the Command Center. To create a password for logging in to the Command Center
- Start your Internet browser, and enter the URL for the Command Center.
This URL was configured when Oracle Self-Service E-Billing was installed, for example
https://localhost:7003/eBilling
where:
- localhost is the name of the Command Center application server.
- 7003 is the port number of the Command Center application server.
- On the Login Administrator screen, click the First Time Login link.
- On the Validate Administrator's Information page, enter the administrator ID and email address that you entered for the enrollment, then click Submit.
- On the Enter Administrator's User Information page, enter a contact phone number and a password. For the contact number, only numbers and dashes are allowed (the plus sign is not allowed).
By default, the password must contain a minimum of eight characters and the following:
- At least one uppercase character
- At least one lowercase character
- At least one number
- No spaces
The following special characters are not valid: |, $, +, (, ), <, >, {, }, [, ].
The password cannot be either of the following:
- The initial system administrator ID
- The previously entered or preconfigured password
- Confirm the password, and click Submit.
