4 Troubleshooting the Connector

The following issue is encountered while configuring SSL on Oracle WebLogic Application Server: Oracle Identity Manager becomes unavailable. |
The certificate creation procedure that is performed using the keytool command, must contain –dname="CN=OIMHOST" which must be exactly the same as the OIMHost parameter in the password configuration. The password configuration can be viewed by using the Registry Editor in the following location:

The InstallShield Preparing Java step fails and prevents the connector from being installed. |
