Disabling Delivers

Delivers is an optional component of Oracle BI Presentation Services that is enabled by default for organizations that have purchased the appropriate license. To disable Delivers, you can edit the Oracle BI Presentation Services configuration file (instanceconfig.xml) to add the following entry. The default value is Yes (Delivers is enabled). To disable Delivers, set this to No.

You place your entry between the <Alerts> and </Alerts> elements.

The following entry is an example:

<Alerts>
   <Enabled>No</Enabled>
</Alerts>
