C Appendix: Reinstalling Central Office

Central Office does not provide the capability to uninstall and reinstall the application. If you need to run the Central Office installer again, perform the following steps.

To reinstall:

  1. If you are using a managed server, stop the managed server. Stop the WebLogic server.

  2. Delete the domain.

  3. Recreate the Central Office domain. If you are using a managed server, add the managed server as part of recreating the domain.

  4. If you are using a managed server, start the managed server. Start the administration domain.

  5. Run the Central Office installer. For more information, see "Run the Central Office Application Installer" in Chapter 3.
