- SharePoint Console 1.1 supports Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007.
- SharePoint Console 1.1 allows you to crawl a list of SharePoint sites specified by an RSS feed.
- SharePoint Console 1.1 includes a security mapping interface that allows developers to map SharePoint users and groups to portal users and groups in environments where the mappings cannot be resolved using the default method of importing security.
- SharePoint icons with names containing uppercase letters do not display in some environments. (Issue #52571)
- Administrative online help does not display in some environments. (Issue #52988)
- SharePoint Site URLs that point to a site with a terminal slash "/" cause crawls to fail. (Issue #57122)
- Crawls fail to import documents if the user domain in the content source is specified in the following format: username@domain. (Issue #57230)
- Folder security is not imported when a crawl is set to mirror the source structure and import document security. (Issue #61774)
- If the credentials specified in the SharePoint crawler Web service do not have access to a subsite included in a crawl, the entire crawl will abort. (Issue #61814)
- In Assistive Technology Mode, the "Select Fields for Users to Search On" and "Restrict to Folders" fields do not have options to make a selection on the Configure Custom Search page. (Issue #63012)
- The SharePoint Console community page does not refresh automatically after changing the settings on the community preferences page. (Issue #63022)
- By default, items in SharePoint inherit the permissions of their parent list. If you override the permissions on a SharePoint item so that it has permissions that are different from its parent list, these permissions are not imported by the SharePoint Console when you configure the crawler to import security with each document. (Issue #63190)
- Plumtree Foundation 6.0 and 6.0 SP1 running on IIS truncate the time portion of date property values provided by the SharePoint crawler Web service. As a result, the "WSS Last Modified" property for SharePoint content will always have a time component of 12:00:00 AM. To fix this, upgrade to AquaLogic Interaction 6.1 or later. (Issue #63208)
- A crawler may fail to import all SharePoint items on SharePoint Console deployments under high load (for example, systems with multiple BEA products installed on a single server). To work around this issue, install the components on multiple servers or reduce the maximum indexing threads in the crawler settings to a value less than three. (Issue #63606)
- The SharePoint Console crawler Web service limits the number of documents that may be imported from any one SharePoint folder to 1000. If a SharePoint folder contains more than 1000 items, only the first 1000 items will be returned by the crawler Web service and made available for import. (Issue #63669)
