A constraint defines minimum and maximum numbers of threads allocated to execute requests and the total number of requests that can be queued or executing before WebLogic Server begins rejecting requests.
Note: A Work Manager can contain only one constraint of each type. If you select to associate a Work Manager with a global constraint of a particular type, do not create an application-scoped constraint of the same type.
