Adding a library reference to the deployment descriptor

1. Open the deployment descriptor file (either weblogic.xml or weblogic-application.xml). You should see multiple tabs at the bottom of the editor.
2. Switch to the Libraries tab.
3. Click Add and choose the library that should be referenced.
4. Adjust the reference information as necessary by selecting the library and editing properties on the right hand side of the editor.
5. Save the changes.
