Modifying a library reference in the deployment descriptor

1. Open the deployment descriptor file (either weblogic.xml or weblogic-application.xml). You should see multiple tabs at the bottom of the editor.
2. Switch to the Libraries tab.
3. Select the library in question and edit its properties on the right hand side of the editor.
4. Save the changes.
