Removing a library reference from the deployment descriptor

1. Open the deployment descriptor file (either weblogic.xml or weblogic-application.xml). You should see multiple tabs at the bottom of the editor.
2. Switch to the Libraries tab.
3. Select the library in question and click Remove.
4. Save the changes.
