If you are not already in the Bindings view click the Catalog tab at the top left of the console screen.

Expand the Resources and WSDL nodes by clicking on their expansion icons. This is the box with the plus sign in the center.

Click the binding node. This will load the binding view in the central panel.

Click the List all Bindings link. For most user types a Common view of the Browse WSDL bindings lists will load.
