-
HiPer for Retail images might not display due to insufficient security rights. The installer grants the installing user full rights on static content installed on the Image Service. If your Web Server runs as a different user than the installing user, the permissions might not be sufficient for display. Grant the user running your Web Server rights to all files and directories under the /ptimages/imageserver folder. (Issue #52552)
-
On Red Hat, if the uninstaller does not remove all the files under the /pthiper/1.1 folder, cd to the installation directory and run 'rm -rf pthiper' to remove all the files. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you run the uninstaller before performing this operation because the uninstaller stops any running HiPer for Retail processes. (Issue #52866)
-
Time zone is not taken into account for the date/time value when HiPer for Retail objects are created. (Issue #52385)
-
When using an English install of Firefox (all versions), document upload fails when uploading a document with Japanese characters in the title. The upload works when using a Japanese install of Firefox. (Issue #51860)
-
Some folder names (Announcements, Documents) in the HiPer for Retail folder tree are in English for all users (no matter what language the users have selected). (Issue #51318)
-
When running HiPer for Retail with Plumtree Corporate Portal 5.0.5, the Edit Locale Settings button in the HiPer for Retail navigation bar does not work. To workaround this, after clicking the button, edit the URL in the browser address bar, replacing 'open=space&name=LocaleSettings' with 'space=LocaleSettings'. (Issue #52951)
-
If you are a top level user trying to add a comment to a notification for someone who is not under you in the hierarchy, you receive an access denied error. (Issue #52971)
-
When importing a system notification with an associated tip that does not exist in the target system, the migration log might indicate that the tip was associated to the notification. The logging is inaccurate. The association is not preserved and no action is needed. (Issue #52924)

-
Cannot use timestamp parameter in rule template. (Issue #49441)
-
If your ALI HiPer BAM System sends extremely large amounts of data to HiPer for Retail, the HiPer for Retail user interface can become slow and unusable. To avoid this problem, make sure to include a data field (for example, store_id) in the subject, so that system notification subjects are unique, improving performance. (Issue #50809)
-
HTTPS is not supported in this release, but there is an HTTPS option on the Application Port page of the HiPer for Retail install wizard. (Issue #50384)
